I AM CHANGE CAREER SEARCH AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

I am Change is delivered in partnership with the Damilola Taylor Trust and Change 2020 for young Londoners aged 17-24 years old with little or no work experience and is designed to support young people to overcome challenges and barriers to employment.

 

Through training, workshops, peer coaching and development days, you will have opportunities to build your confidence, improve communication skills, search for jobs, interviews and CV writing, paving the way to future employment​

To apply for this programme, you must be:

​

• Aged 17 - 24, living in London 

• Interested in building your CV 

• Keen to network and gain practical interview and assessment centre guidance.

The I am Change programme will offer you:  

​

• Fortnightly peer coaching sessions

• CV Clinic Development Day.

• Interview and Presentation Development Day.

• Networking Development Day and graduation ceremony
