Isabelle has over 30 years of experience at an operational and strategic level in capacity building within the youth sector. Organisational learning and development specialist and notable leader in the safeguarding arena.
Isabelle currently is retained as a subject matter expert to the Police Cadets and provides advice and guidance to many other charities around developing adult skills to work with young people in the areas of safeguarding, employability and accessibility.
Floree has more than 10 years’ experience working with talent and purpose-led organisations, like Impact Hub and Koreo, to accelerate social and environmental change. Her interest lies in innovation tools and systems change methodologies that can tackle and solve complex problems.
She does this through her interdisciplinary specialism in coaching, action learning, facilitation, business development, innovation / co-production, community building and content design.
Busayo works in early career recruitment. He’s passionate about helping people find opportunities to work in jobs where they can make a positive difference in society. His experience makes him a strong employability trainer with a rooted understanding of service design and social innovation practices.
He has set up a platform called Ideathree.co.uk that helps people to find opportunities where they can work towards ending race inequality and empowering Black and other ethnic minority communities.
Ari specialises in education programmes, training and youth development. He is passionate about providing programmes and services for ‘excluded’ children and young people enabling them to reach their potential.
Ari is a seasoned programme manager, delivering both nationally and internationally for organisations such as Fight for Peace and London Youth. In 2010 he co-founded Born4Sport a community interest company that delivers sports delivers sports for development programmes.
Chloe Donovan is an experienced facilitator and advocate for social action and youth governance initiatives. She has occupied a variety of leadership positions across the youth, environmental and food sectors as well as founding her own project that facilitates countryside education, exploration and environmental activities in Suffolk.
She is a passionate believer for the need to increase younger people’s engagement with their communities, the journey of food production and environmental social action.
