CAREERS SEARCH AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT 2019
an innovative employability programme that offers practical skills training and coaching to young people who are actively seeking employment.
In 2018, the Damilola Taylor Trust partnered with HUDL to launch a new employability programme called Career Search and Skills Development, CSSD.
CSSD is a four-month employability programme that works with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, with little to no work experience — supporting them to make the transition to stable and satisfying employment.
We think young people should have a better understanding of what employers are looking for in employees. A deeper appreciation for their own talents and practical training to help them navigate and succeed in their choice of career.
You will gain the experience, confidence, networks and skills needed to kick start your career.
